How much does this service cost?
Our service fee is 10% of your rental income with absolutely no hidden fees.

Do you offer eviction services?
Yes. We will handle all eviction notices and mandatory proceedings on your behalf.

How do I get paid?
We will automatically deposit the money, less our fee, on a set date every month.

Do you take care of utility payments?
Unfortunately no we do not at this time.

Do you offer a 24 hour emergency repair contact?
Yes we have a 24 hour line available specifically for emergency maintenance. You can rest easy knowing that your property is taken care of.

How are prospective tenants screened during applications?
Each and every tenant that qualifies will be personally interviewed by our property management team, as well as subject to a reference and credit check ensuring they are in good personal and financial character.
